- Assist in providing high-quality rehabilitation care to patients under the direction of licensed therapists.
- Work collaboratively with the therapy team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Monitor and record patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the therapy team.
- Assist with patient transfers and positioning during therapy sessions.
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide support and education.
- Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Document patient treatment and progress accurately and timely.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Foster a positive and compassionate atmosphere for patients and their families.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed.

Knowledge Of Rehab Therapy Techniques: A Rehab Therapy Tech Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Rehabilitation Techniques, Such As Therapeutic Exercises, Modalities, And Manual Therapy.
Experience In A Clinical Setting: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Rehabilitation Or Therapy Environment. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Patient Care, And Safety Protocols.
Cpr Certification: A Rehab Therapy Tech Should Be Cpr Certified To Ensure They Are Prepared To Handle Any Medical Emergencies That May Arise During Therapy Sessions.
