At Enterprise Rent-A-Car, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and strive to ensure each customer feels welcome, informed and taken care of. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative and help us continue to provide the best rental car experience possible.The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and possess outstanding interpersonal skills. They must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in written form and have a good understanding of customer service principles. They should also be a great problem solver, able to quickly come up with solutions in moments of pressure.
