The ideal candidate will have a warm, friendly personality and excellent communication skills, as they will be interacting with customers both in person and over the phone.We are looking for someone who is organized, patient, and can quickly acquire new knowledge. The ideal candidate should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, as well as a minimum of one year of customer service experience.If you are looking for an opportunity to join a fun and fast-paced team, then this could be the perfect fit for you. As a Return Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers returning their vehicles. You will be responsible for greeting customers, completing rental agreements, and inspecting vehicles for damage.
