Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and has a passion for excellence. The Return Agent will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are checked-in properly and customer service is provided in a friendly and professional manner. Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent• Previous customer service experience • Excellent communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Basic computer skills
