Lead and manage large-scale projects for clients in the digital platform engineering and software development industry.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.
Utilize project management methodologies and tools to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Mentor and guide project team members to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
Monitor and report on project progress, including key performance indicators and metrics.
Continuously evaluate and improve project processes to optimize project delivery.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and apply them to project management approaches.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Project Management Experience: A Senior Delivery Manager At Epam Systems Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Leading And Managing Large-Scale Software Development Projects.
Strong Technical Background: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Technical Background With A Thorough Understanding Of The Software Development Life Cycle And Various Project Management Methodologies.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Role, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of Project Managers And Developers. Effective Communication Skills Are Also Crucial For Interacting With Clients, Stakeholders, And Other Team Members.
