Lead the design and implementation of complex Identity and Access Management solutions for various clients.
Collaborate with team members to develop and execute comprehensive IAM strategies.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest IAM technologies and trends.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements.
Ensure that IAM solutions meet industry standards and compliance regulations.
Develop and maintain documentation for IAM solutions and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to IAM solutions.
Mentor and train junior team members on IAM concepts and best practices.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss IAM solutions and progress.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of IAM projects.
Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of IAM solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other systems and applications.
Stay organized and maintain accurate records of project details, including timelines, tasks, and budgets.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent EPAM Systems positively in all client interactions.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Designing And Implementing Enterprise-Level Identity And Access Management (Iam) Solutions.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices In Iam, Including Oauth, Saml, And Ldap.
Expertise In Configuring And Managing Iam Systems, Such As Okta, Ping Identity, Or Forgerock.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Iam Projects.
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
