
Social Media Specialist, Community Management
Build relationships and engage with audiences, partners, potential influencers and industry leaders using a friendly, professional, conversational tone of voice across all platforms. Monitor comments and provide genuine responses in a timely manner utilizing our Epson "voice". Act as a liaison between our social media community, product management, PR, product support, and sales teams. Work to resolve technical support issues by directing community members to our support team. Spot opportunities to engage in relevant social conversations and build relationships in real-time. Own our social listening platform, providing weekly reports and being the main point of contact for social listening and sentiment analysis around our brand identity, our products, and current events that my impact our companies reputation or business objectives. Utilize social listening to track industry trends and provide analysis around social media sentiment and the competitive landscape.
Requires some specialist or admin experience (1- 3 years)
Undergraduate degree preferred
