- Develop and implement strategies for the support and repair operations of NEO products, in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the support and repair team, providing guidance, direction, and feedback to ensure high quality and efficient operations.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and customer inquiries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Manage the budget and resources for the support and repair operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in telecommunications technology, and incorporate them into the support and repair operations to enhance customer experience.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, in all support and repair activities.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the support and repair team.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our support and repair capabilities and promoting our brand.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance of the support and repair operations, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Technology Or Telecommunications Company.
Expertise In Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Network Equipment, Specifically In The Neo Product Line.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Support Processes And Experience In Managing Customer Relationships.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives And Implementing Efficient Processes Within A Support And Repair Organization.
