
Network Support Engineer
Facilitate quality solving and resolution to technical issues raised by the customer. These issues can be essential, highly sophisticated problems that may span multiple platforms and technologies: IMS, DES, BSS and Core on bare metal, Cloud Native and Virtualized platforms. Coordinate closely with various teams/organizations within Ericsson and with 3rd party vendors. Presentation of outage reports and root cause analysis to the customer. Participate with different levels of Regional, Global Support management for HOT and critical issues. Identify areas of improvement in ways of working for our support organization and suggest/implement improvements. Build and expand personal technical expertise, stay on top of customer and market technology trends and developments. Commitment to learning, collaboration, mentoring, and cross skilling.
Minimum of 5 - 10 years of demonstrated ability with hands on experiences in BCSS Products
Possess in-depth knowledge of Wireless, Cellular, and Core technologies
Ability and willingness to work on flexible schedule including weekend and night
Ability to work and to make decisions independently and under time pressure
