  1. Conduct property surveys to determine the condition, value, and potential use of properties in Ericsson's real estate portfolio
  2. Create and maintain accurate property records and databases
  3. Identify and analyze potential risks and opportunities in relation to Ericsson's real estate assets
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop strategies for effective management of real estate assets
  5. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and regulations to inform decision making
  6. Provide recommendations for property acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations
  7. Monitor and track property expenses, budgets, and performance metrics
  8. Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency measures in real estate operations
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  10. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on property portfolio and address any concerns or issues
  11. Prepare reports and presentations on property portfolio performance and present to senior management
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and transactions
  13. Foster a culture of innovation, diversity, and integrity within the team and organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Surveying, Civil Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Conducting Property Surveys.

  • Proficiency In Using Surveying Equipment And Software, Such As Total Stations And Gps.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Property Laws, Regulations, And Land Use Planning.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Liaising With Clients, Stakeholders, And Team Members.
