- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and ensure they accurately reflect the requirements and expectations for each position.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Manage the entire candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding, to ensure a positive and seamless recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process and attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting its culture and values to potential candidates.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and support their integration into the organization.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
- Continually evaluate and improve the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
- Keep sensitive information confidential and adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the recruitment process.
Extensive Experience In Full-Cycle Recruitment: A Senior Talent Acquisition Partner At Ericsson Should Possess A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In End-To-End Recruitment, Including Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, And Onboarding. This Experience Should Ideally Be In A Fast-Paced, High-Volume Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Talent Acquisition Strategies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Recruitment Trends And Strategies, Including Employer Branding, Social Media Recruiting, And Diversity Hiring. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing These Strategies To Attract Top Talent.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior-Level Role, The Talent Acquisition Partner At Ericsson Will Be Responsible For Building Relationships With Hiring Managers, Candidates, And External Partners. Therefore, Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate And Influence, Are Essential Qualifications.
