  6. Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures for VAS services.
  7. Monitor and analyze VAS performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  8. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and promote Ericsson's VAS services.
  9. Stay updated on regulatory and compliance requirements related to VAS services and ensure adherence to them.
  10. Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of VAS solutions within budget and scope.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve existing VAS services to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  12. Mentor and train junior engineers to enhance their technical skills and contribute to their professional growth.
  13. Represent Ericsson at industry events and conferences, promoting our VAS solutions and building relationships with potential clients.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Vas Technologies: The Senior Vas Engineer Should Have A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Working With Various Value Added Services (Vas) Technologies Such As Sms, Mms, Voicemail, And Ussd.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Telecom Networks: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Knowledge Of Telecom Networks, Including Gsm, 3G, And Lte Technologies, And Should Be Able To Troubleshoot Network Issues Effectively.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Senior Vas Engineer Should Have A Strong Technical Acumen, With Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java And Scripting Languages Such As Shell, Perl, And Python. They Should Also Have Experience In Working With Databases And Protocols Like Ss7 And Sigtran.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills And Be Able To Lead And Coordinate Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Senior Vas Engineer Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Provide Technical Guidance, And Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Also Have Experience In Training And Mentoring Junior Team Members.
