  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent for the organization.
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and candidate requirements.
  4. Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  5. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  6. Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates to expand the candidate pool.
  7. Create and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies and other external partners to support talent acquisition efforts.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure competitive and effective recruitment strategies.
  9. Represent the company at career fairs, conferences, and other events to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
  11. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  12. Continuously review and improve recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires into the organization.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the company's Applicant Tracking System.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Local Labor Market And Recruitment Trends In Turkey.

  • Experience Using Various Recruitment Tools And Techniques, Including Social Media, Job Boards, And Networking.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.
