UX Copywriter

As the Senior UX Copywriter, you’ll play a key role in the product discovery and development process, working hand-in-hand with our design, product, research, and analytics teams to build and execute effective content plans. You’ll primarily support our buyer experience, including some of our highest impact product launches. Plan, write, edit, test, and improve UX copy across product experiences, including interface language, product names, and navigational nomenclature, in addition to in-product education and marketing messaging. Craft wireframes, mockups, and task flows to effectively communicate UX content ideas. Mentor junior team members. Help with team planning, prioritization, and reporting.
