Job Description

At Expedia Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Associate Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our customers and partners. To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the travel industry, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. You should have a strong customer service background and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric approach and be able to make decisions in a timely manner.We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering great customer experiences, has an eye for detail, and is able to think outside the box. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments.
  4. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  5. Develop and execute strategies for client retention.
  6. Develop and manage travel industry partnerships.
  7. Utilize customer feedback to drive product improvements and create innovative solutions.
  8. Identify and address customer issues promptly and professionally.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
  10. Keep abreast of industry trends and changes to ensure the team is up-to-date.
