Job Description

Experian is seeking an experienced and motivated Client Support Analyst to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As the Client Support Analyst, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and manage all inquiries in a timely manner. You will possess excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and problem-solving abilities to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service. You should be a strong team player with the ability to take initiative when needed. You must also be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Additionally, you should possess the ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to complex customer service challenges. Responsibilities:
