  1. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing thorough data analysis and quality assurance checks.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve data quality.
  4. Communicate and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  5. Stay updated on industry best practices and champion their adoption within the organization.
  6. Utilize data management tools and systems to track and monitor data quality.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation related to data quality processes.
  8. Train and educate team members on data quality best practices.
  9. Conduct regular audits and quality assessments to ensure compliance with data quality standards.
  10. Participate in data governance initiatives and provide input on data quality strategies.
  11. Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot any technical issues related to data quality.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data quality and make recommendations for incorporating them into our processes.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of Experian's products and services and how data quality impacts them.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Assurance, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Governance And Data Quality Principles.

  • Experience With Data Management And Data Visualization Tools, Such As Sql, Tableau, And Power Bi.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
