  1. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and developments in biometric technology and its applications in the business world.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies for the biometrics division.
  3. Identify potential clients and conduct outreach to generate leads and build relationships.
  4. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Experian's biometric products and services.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of Experian's biometric solutions.
  6. Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  7. Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights from clients to enhance and improve Experian's biometric offerings.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including C-suite executives and decision-makers.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the biometrics division.
  10. Travel to client sites as needed to conduct sales presentations and meetings.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on biometric technology and its applications in the business world, providing thought leadership and insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth and development.
  13. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns for the biometrics division.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  15. Represent Experian at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the biometrics division and expand its reach.
  16. Mentor and train junior sales team members on biometric technology and sales techniques.
  17. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
  18. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Biometric Technologies: The Candidate Should Possess A Comprehensive Understanding Of Various Biometric Technologies Such As Fingerprint, Facial Recognition, Voice Recognition, And Iris Scanning. They Should Also Be Aware Of Emerging Trends And Advancements In The Field.

  • Strong Sales And Communication Skills: As A Pre-Sales Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Engaging With Potential Customers And Presenting The Benefits Of Experian's Biometric Solutions. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, Along With A Proven Track Record In Sales.

  • Experience In The Biometric Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Biometric Industry, With A Focus On Sales Or Pre-Sales Roles. They Should Be Well-Versed In The Industry's Regulatory Landscape And Have A Network Of Contacts In The Industry.

  • Technical Expertise: While The Role Is Primarily Sales-Focused, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Technical Aspects Of Biometric Solutions. This Includes Knowledge Of Hardware And Software Components, Integration Capabilities, And Troubleshooting Skills.

  • Team Leadership: As A Pre-Sales Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Pre-Sales Professionals. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Drive Results. Previous Experience In A Leadership Role Is Preferred.
