  1. Design and develop automated solutions for clients using cutting-edge automation tools and technologies.

  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation tools and processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet clients' needs.

  6. Communicate with clients to understand their automation needs and provide technical support and guidance.
  7. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate clients on the use of automation tools and processes.
  8. Identify opportunities for automation and make recommendations to clients to improve their business processes.
  9. Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of automated solutions.
  10. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  11. Collaborate with team members to ensure the seamless integration of automated solutions with existing systems.
  12. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to team members and clients.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Background: A Smart Automation Support Engineer At Experian Should Have A Strong Foundation In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field. This Includes Knowledge Of Programming Languages, Database Management, And System Design.

  • Experience With Automation Tools: Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Automation Tools Such As Selenium, Appium, Or Other Similar Tools. They Should Also Be Familiar With Concepts Such As Test Automation Frameworks, Continuous Integration, And Deployment.
