Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
2+ Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Or Analyst Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Database Management, Sql, And Data Manipulation.
Familiarity With Data Analytics And Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues Independently.
