Job Description

Experian is looking for an experienced, highly motivated individual for the role of Senior Systems Administrator for our VIP/Executive IT Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support services to our most senior-level executives. To be successful, you must possess a strong technical background in IT operations, a proven track record of successful problem resolution, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. If you are an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, and have the drive to be a leader in the IT field, this position is for you. Required Qualifications:• 7+ years of related IT experience, with at least 4+ years of experience in a system administrator role• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration, including system configuration, security, patch management, and monitoring• Strong working knowledge of network technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V• Experience with scripting and automation• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills• Strong analytical and organizational skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
