Associate Store Manager

2. Monitor store performance and provide feedback and guidance to store staff on customer service and sales techniques.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
4. Monitor inventory levels and order new merchandise as needed.
5. Train and supervise store employees on customer service and sales techniques.
6. Act as a liaison between store staff and upper-level management.
7. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
8. Address employee issues and grievances in a timely and respectful manner.
9. Maintain store appearance and ensure displays are organized and up-to-date.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
