Lead Guide

Express Inc is seeking an experienced Lead Guide to provide leadership and support to our tour guides and ensure our customers have an exceptional experience with us.The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual who is passionate about hospitality, travel and tourism. He or she must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.The Lead Guide is responsible for ensuring that our guests’ expectations are exceeded on a daily basis by providing support to our tour guides, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling customer inquiries. He or she will be responsible for providing guidance and direction to our tour guides, overseeing the operations of the tours, and ensuring high-quality customer service.To be successful in this role, the Lead Guide must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality, travel and/or tourism industries. He or she must have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to manage and motivate team members. Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership and support to tour guides to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Possess excellent customer service and communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
6. Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality, travel and/or tourism industries.
7. Have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to manage and motivate team members.
8. Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
