
Sales Enablement Specialist
Partner with F5 sales leadership, product teams, and other partners to determine field enablement priorities. Coach F5 sales team through sales strategies, prospecting, and post-mortems to ensure continuous alignment across company goals. Minimize ramp time for new hires through custom on-boarding paths, active coaching and new hire sales trainings. Accurately measure the efficiency of ongoing implemented trainings and continue to evolve training initiatives based on analysis. Maintain learning progress and certification for sales roles in F5’s learning management system. Align to the F5 product introduction operational model and drive new product launches across global sales organization. Build and maintain quarterly readiness calendar for sales trainings on products and product positioning.
2+ years’ experience in sales, sales support, sales enablement or similar support role
Knowledge of value-based selling techniques and pre-sales activities
Flexibility in juggling contending priorities and changing expectations.
