Job Description

The Organizational Change Management team plays a meaningful role in the success of major transitions through the design and delivery of strategies that promote business readiness and future state adoption. The Senior Change Analyst works with all levels of our organization to provide both strategic and tactical support for changes to business processes, systems, technology, and sometimes, organizational structures. Assess organizational impacts of change initiatives and lead analysis efforts to identify impacted teams and develop appropriate communication, learning, adoption, and resistance mitigation approaches. Build positive relationships within the business through consultative and collaborative efforts to help deliver outcomes faster and drive adoption. Lead and engage others across multiple functions and levels in implementing organizational change processes and tools. Design and facilitate effective team meetings to develop plans, coordinate efforts and build momentum toward program goals.

Job Qualifications

Experience facilitating executive and senior leadership vision, strategy, and alignment workshops
Experience leading efforts with cross-functional subject matter experts to identify changes & assess impacts in a structured manner
Management consulting experience is strongly preferred. This can include internal and external consulting experience
Experience and knowledge of leading Organization Design principles, methodologies, and tools preferred
