Responsibilities: -Provide outstanding customer service to customers -Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner -Process customer orders accurately and efficiently -Maintain detailed records of customer interactions -Monitor customer feedback to identify potential areas of improvement -Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times -Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products -Adhere to company policies and procedures -Assist with other tasks as needed
