Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Take customer orders and process payments.
  3. Provide product information and answers to customer inquiries.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction by taking feedback and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
  5. Monitor stock levels and keep shelves/displays organized.
  6. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  7. Assist in the training and development of junior customer service staff.
  8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures.
  10. Participate in team meetings and other activities.
