Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently, providing high quality customer service
2. Demonstrate complete understanding of Family Dollar products and services
3. Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate information and advice
4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
5. Identify customer needs in order to suggest additional products and services
6. Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area
8. Follow all company policies and procedures
9. Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor with all customers
10. Assist other team members when needed
