Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Store Manager and Merchandise team to ensure product selection and store displays meet customer expectations.
2. Lead a team of employees and ensure merchandise excellence.
3. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to Store Manager.
4. Implement loss prevention procedures to ensure store security.
5. Maintain a high level of customer service.
6. Provide training and guidance to team members.
7. Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
8. Monitor store operations and make necessary adjustments.
9. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

10.Perform other duties as assigned.
