Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  2. Assist in creating effective displays and product arrangements throughout the store.
  3. Oversee the daily operations of the store, including stocking shelves, organizing product displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed to ensure product availability.
  5. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and company policies.
  6. Train, develop, and manage store staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
  7. Foster a cooperative and productive work environment.
  8. Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to maximize profits.
  9. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare sales reports.
  10. Lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
