Sales Floor Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Sales Floor Associate to join the team at Family Dollar. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, helping customers find their desired items, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store remains clean and well-organized.To be successful in this role, you must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 8. Keep up to date with product knowledge and store promotions.
9. Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of all store products and services.
10. Monitor the store and ensure safety for both customers and staff.
