Sales Floor Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers upon entering the store and provide exceptional customer service
2. Assist customers in finding the products they need
3. Maintain an organized and clean sales floor
4. Answer customer inquiries and resolve any complaints
5. Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
6. Assist in processing payments and managing transactions
7. Work with other Sales Floor Associates and management to ensure the store runs smoothly
8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures
10. Remain up-to-date on current promotions and products.
