Sales Floor Associate

Family Dollar is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Floor Associate to join our team. We want someone who is passionate about helping customers and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a friendly and outgoing personality.You should have a minimum of one year of retail experience, as well as a basic understanding of retail operations. Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not required. You must be able to work independently and in a team environment, and be willing to take initiative to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.We are looking for a Sales Floor Associate who is hardworking, reliable, and passionate about helping our customers. Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers at the sales floor in a friendly and courteous manner.
2. Provide customers with product knowledge and help them choose the best products for their needs.
3. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
4. Maintain a neat and organized sales floor.
5. Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as necessary.
6. Assist with training and supervising of other Sales Floor Associates.
7. Follow store policies and procedures.
8. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
9. Other duties as assigned by management.
