Sales Floor Associate

At Family Dollar, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. This role is essential to our store operations and requires a person who is customer-service oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and is able to work quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

-Welcome and engage with customers in a polite and friendly manner

-Assist customers in finding the items they need -Maintain a neat and organized sales floor -Work quickly and efficiently to ensure customers have a positive shopping experience -Process customer transactions accurately and quickly -Restock shelves and rotate inventory as needed -Follow all safety and security protocols -Perform additional duties as assigned by store management
