Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including overseeing staff, ensuring processes and policies are followed, and providing excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans to increase store profitability and drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory management systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store vendors and suppliers.
- Train and develop staff, including setting performance goals and providing feedback.
- Analyze store performance data and develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze customer feedback and devise strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor store budgets and ensure costs are kept to a minimum.
- Address customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
