Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join the Family Dollar team and help us continue to provide customers with great products and unbeatable value. Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including overseeing staff, ensuring processes and policies are followed, and providing excellent customer service.
2. Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans to increase store profitability and drive sales.
3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory management systems.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with store vendors and suppliers.
5. Train and develop staff, including setting performance goals and providing feedback.
6. Analyze store performance data and develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
7. Analyze customer feedback and devise strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
8. Monitor store budgets and ensure costs are kept to a minimum.
9. Address customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
10. Work nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
