We are looking for a Director of VIP Account Management who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships with key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of success in a customer-facing role, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically and act tactically. The successful candidate will be a leader who can inspire and motivate their team to reach their goals.This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate must have experience in building and managing relationships with key customers, be highly knowledgeable in the areas of customer service and account management, and be comfortable working with a broad team of stakeholders. They must also be experienced in dealing with customer escalations, possess exceptional communication skills and be able to make decisions quickly and accurately.If you are a motivated leader with a passion for delivering unrivaled customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
