
Head of Operational Excellence
We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring leader who can bring their unique skills and knowledge to the role of Head of Operational Excellence at Fanatics. As the Head of Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for driving the operational performance of the business and leading the operational teams to success.We’re looking for someone who has a strong background in operational excellence, ideally with at least 5-7 years of experience in the industry. You should have a proven track record of leading operational initiatives and teams, as well as working with cross-functional teams to drive change and improvement. You should also have a strong understanding of process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and other related techniques.You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. You should also have the ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions, as well as the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.At Fanatics, we value creativity, collaboration, and innovation, so you should be comfortable pushing the boundaries and thinking outside the box.
