Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field • At least 5 years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment • Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and partners • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with multi-state labor relations • PHR/SPHR certification preferred
