Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager - Operations to join our team and help us build on our success. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. They will have the ability to identify, lead, and implement initiatives to ensure the highest level of customer service and operational excellence.The Human Resources Manager - Operations will have a passion for developing people and will have the proven ability to create a culture of respect, trust, and accountability. They will have a deep understanding of employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits. They will also have the ability to navigate complex labor relations in multiple states. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field • At least 5 years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment • Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and partners • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with multi-state labor relations • PHR/SPHR certification preferred

Responsibilities of Human Resources Manager - Operations:

  1. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Identify, lead, and implement initiatives to ensure the highest level of customer service and operational excellence.
  3. Develop people and create a culture of respect, trust, and accountability.
  4. Deep understanding of employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
  5. Navigate complex labor relations in multiple states.
  6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Oversee the recruitment and hiring process for new employees.
  8. Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the company’s mission and values.
  9. Partner with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  10. Support and mentor team members to foster development.
