Senior Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist

We're looking for a Senior Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our dynamic team at Fanatics. Responsibilities:

1. Process high volumes of invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Monitor aged accounts and resolve discrepancies.
3. Reconcile invoices and payment records.
4. Maintain vendor accounts and ensure accurate payment terms.
5. Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
6. Liaise with vendors and other stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
7. Maintain records of payments and invoices for audit purposes.
8. Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports.
9. Prepare and process journal entries and other accounting tasks.
10. Develop and maintain internal controls and procedures.
11. Support the Accounts Payable Manager in various tasks.
12. Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
