
Talent Licensing Assistant Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized and detail-oriented Talent Licensing Assistant Manager to join our team at Fanatics. As the Talent Licensing Assistant Manager, you will be a vital part of our team, helping to ensure that Fanatics is properly licensing talent for our merchandise.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of three years' experience in talent licensing or related field. You must also have a strong working knowledge of the legal aspects of licensing agreements and be able to quickly and effectively research the legal and contractual details of each deal. Additionally, you must be a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.We are looking for someone who is passionate about the industry and has a positive attitude and creative problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with talent agents and other industry contacts.
- Negotiate terms of licensing agreements and ensure that all agreements are in compliance with applicable laws.
- Research and analyze the legal and contractual details of each licensing deal.
- Manage and track the status of all active and inactive licensing agreements.
- Ensure that all licensing paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Assist in the development of marketing plans and strategies for each licensing deal.
- Develop new and innovative ways to promote Fanatics’ licensed products.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all licensing activities are properly executed.
- Provide ongoing support to team members and colleagues.
