Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join the team at Fannie Mae and create meaningful impact on our customers' lives. Our ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating innovative solutions.To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of product analysis and a keen interest in developing strategies and procedures. You should be highly analytical with a good understanding of data analysis techniques and software. A solid understanding of the mortgage industry is essential.As Senior Product Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing products and services. You will also be responsible for developing performance metrics and monitoring programs. As part of your role, you will be expected to analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer experience.To be considered for this role, you must have:-A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field-At least 5 years of experience in product analysis-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills-Experience with data analysis software, such as Excel and SQL-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Excellent organizational and project management skillsDo you have the necessary qualifications and experience for this role? Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and optimize products and services.
  2. Develop performance metrics and monitoring programs.
  3. Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
  4. Create and maintain detailed product analysis reports.
  5. Analyze market trends and customer needs to help develop product strategies.
  6. Utilize data analysis software such as Excel and SQL to interpret data and assess trends.
  7. Provide regular updates to management about product performance.
  8. Work with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions.
  9. Provide training and guidance to other team members.
  10. Stay informed of developments in the mortgage industry and suggest product updates accordingly.
