  1. Accurately and efficiently pick and pack orders based on customer specifications.
  2. Ensure all products are properly labeled and organized for easy retrieval.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
  4. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and responsible manner.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
  8. Communicate any issues or concerns with orders or inventory to supervisors.
  9. Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
  11. Keep accurate records of orders picked and packed for inventory purposes.
  12. Participate in training and development programs to improve job skills and knowledge.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards coworkers and customers.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous Experience In Warehouse Operations: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Warehouse Environment, Preferably As An Order Picker. This Experience Should Include Operating Equipment Such As Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, And Hand Trucks.

  • Physical Fitness And Stamina: The Job Of A Warehouse Order Picker Requires Physical Strength And Stamina As It Involves Frequent Lifting, Carrying, And Moving Heavy Items. Candidates Should Be Able To Lift Up To 50 Pounds And Be Comfortable Standing For Long Periods Of Time.

  • Attention To Detail: A Warehouse Order Picker Is Responsible For Accurately Picking And Packing Items For Shipment. This Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Ensure That The Correct Items And Quantities Are Selected And Packaged According To Company Standards.

  • Basic Math And Computer Skills: Warehouse Order Pickers Need To Be Able To Accurately Count And Keep Track Of Items As They Are Picked And Packed. Basic Math Skills Are Necessary For This Role, As Well As The Ability To Use A Computer Or Handheld Device To Track Inventory And Update Order Information.

  • Teamwork And Communication Skills: The Warehouse Environment Requires Collaboration And Effective Communication With Other Team Members, As Well As Supervisors And Other Departments. Candidates Should Have Strong Interpersonal Skills And The Ability To Work Well In A Team Setting.
