Job Description

Partner with business owners and product managers to determine, define, analyze, document and communicate the objectives, business requirements and priorities for financial systems and solutions. This includes the identification of any risks and/or interdependencies. Facilitate communications within the team and with other teams to develop realistic timelines through efficient organization, planning, and monitoring of tasks and deliverables to ensure deadlines are achieved. Work with technology teammates to design, implement, enhance, automate, and maintain financial systems and processes. Perform root cause analysis on production support incidents and/or problems associated with financial systems. Create clear, effective and timely communications to share project results/outcomes with teammates, business owners and product managers. Manage vendor communications for projects and support cases. May coach and mentor less experienced financial systems analysts.
