
Credit Union Training and Development Specialist
Assists management and supervision in: special projects research, new products and services implementation, improvement and refinement of existing products and services, in-house training sessions, and compliance research. Trains new employees. Researches and develops new products and services. Plans and implements improved workflow processes. Follows up on special projects in any department as assigned by supervisor. Acts as member service troubleshooter and problem-solver on an assigned basis. Prepares and conducts in- house training sessions in diverse areas. Prepares and conducts compliance reviews based on regulatory requirements and internal procedures. Researches and writes new and revised procedures and educational memoranda. Work as a Loan Officer to back up.
Associate's degree preferred with business emphasis or two years college
5 years of experience in a financial institution
