3. Conduct thorough investigations to determine the cause and extent of property damage.
4. Negotiate and settle property damage claims with policyholders and third-party vendors, ensuring fair and prompt resolution.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all claim activities and decisions.
6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing policyholder concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
7. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective claims handling.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and trends to effectively handle complex and challenging claims.
9. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
10. Handle all aspects of the claims process, including but not limited to coverage determination, estimating, and settlement negotiations.
11. Provide support and guidance to less experienced adjusters as needed.
12. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
13. Contribute to the overall success of the team by participating in team meetings, training, and other company initiatives.
14. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance customer experience and increase efficiency.
15. Complete other duties and projects as assigned by management.
