Machine Operator

The right candidate will be a self-starter with strong problem solving skills who is willing to take on a challenging role in a dynamic environment.The successful applicant will ensure the smooth operation of our machinery in accordance with established standards and procedures. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting machine issues and conducting preventative maintenance.To qualify for this position, we require a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably supplemented by technical training. The ideal candidate will also have some experience in a similar role and a good understanding of machine operation principles and mechanical aptitude.We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well with others and take direction. Responsibilities:

-Ensure the smooth operation of machinery in accordance with established standards and procedures -Troubleshoot machine issues and conduct preventative maintenance -Maintain a high level of accuracy and precision when working with machinery -Communicate effectively with other personnel to ensure machines are running efficiently -Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary -Perform regular maintenance and safety checks on machines -Perform basic repairs and maintenance on machines -Follow safety protocols and report any issues to the appropriate personnel -Adhere to all company policies and procedures
