Material Handler

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Federal-Mogul. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and distributing materials as well as managing inventory records. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills and be able to work with minimal supervision. If you are a motivated, hard-working professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! This position requires a high school diploma or GED. Experience in logistics, inventory management, or material handling is preferred. You must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs and be comfortable using hand and power tools. Strong computer skills and a valid driver’s license are also required.

Responsibilities:

1. Receive and distribute materials to the appropriate departments.
2. Manage and update inventory records.
3. Ensure accuracy and completeness of orders.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
5. Utilize hand and power tools as necessary.
6. Lift and carry up to 50lbs.
7. Assist with loading and unloading stock.
8. Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
9. Follow safety protocols when handling materials.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.
