Production Operator

In this role, you will be responsible for performing manufacturing operations, troubleshooting any issues, and ensuring the production line runs smoothly.To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least three years of experience in a production environment, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent troubleshooting skills. You must be able to work independently and be comfortable with working in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities: • Responsible for performing manufacturing operations and troubleshooting any issues • Ensure the production line runs smoothly and efficiently • Maintain a safe working environment while adhering to all safety regulations and procedures • Monitor production process and make adjustments as needed • Analyze production data to identify areas of improvement • Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality control standards are met • Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies as needed • Complete daily reports and maintenance logs • Assist in the training and coaching of new staff members as needed
