In this position, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of welding processes, procedures, and equipment to ensure that product quality and production goals are met. You should have a strong understanding of welding technology and be able to analyze and address welding problems. Additionally, you will need excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
