- Monitor and review customer accounts to identify delinquent payments.
- Work closely with the accounting department to resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer accounts.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Requirement For A Collections Agent Job At Fedex Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Possesses Basic Education And Communication Skills.
Previous Experience In Collections Or Customer Service: Candidates With Previous Experience In Collections Or Customer Service Are Preferred For This Role As They Already Possess Relevant Skills Such As Negotiation, Problem-Solving, And Customer Handling.
